1 Box of Nordic Ware’s Salted Caramel Loaf Cake Mix:
- Mix packet(s)
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup whole milk
Cream Cheese Glaze
- 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ½ Tbsp butter, softened
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp milk
- Optional: chopped pecans
Prepare a 5-6 cup loaf or cake pan with baking spray with flour and use a prastry brush to evenly coat the pan. Prepare Salted Caramel Loaf Cake Mix and bake according to package instructions. Cool cake completely.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Add sugar and milk gradually to achieve desired consistency and mix until smooth. Pour over cooled cake. Serve with chopped pecans if desired.
