Strawberry Nutella Yoghurt Bark

1. Prepare a quarter sheet pan (or larger sheet pan if desired) with parchment paper. Fill pan with strawberry Greek yogurt and spread with the back of a spoon so the entire pan is filled. The amount of yogurt will determine how thick you will want your bark.

2. Sprinkle granola and sliced strawberries on top of yogurt.

3. Drizzle with desired amount of Nutella or nut butter. Freeze overnight.

4. Before breaking into park pieces, be sure the yogurt is completely frozen. Break or cut yogurt into pieces.

5. Eat immediately or freeze for later.

NOTE: For a swirled effect in the yogurt, spread yogurt evenly onto a sheet pan. Drizzle Nutella across the pan. Use a toothpick and swirl back and forth on the pan. Layer fruit and granola on top and freeze overnight.

Layered Granola and Fruit Bark

1. Prepare a quarter sheet pan (or larger sheet pan if desired) with parchment paper. Spread a thin layer of yogurt in the sheet pan.

2. Pour granola onto the first yogurt layer.

3. Spread more yogurt on top of granola so it is completely covered and pan filled. Add enough yogurt to desired thickness.

4. Sprinkle berries, more granola and honey if desired. Freeze bars overnight. Before breaking into pieces, be sure the yogurt is completely frozen. Break or cut yogurt into pieces.

5. Eat immediately or freeze for later.
